What Happens When Your Shipment Arrives

We accept LTL freight, full truckload deliveries, and standard parcel shipments during business hours. Each shipment is logged against your account so you always know what’s arrived and what’s still in transit. Before anything goes into storage, our crew checks it against your packing list for quantity, condition and accuracy. Anything damaged or incorrect is photographed and reported the same day, so you have what you need to file a claim before a return window closes.

Short and Long Term Storage Options

Once a shipment clears inspection, it moves into secure storage. Some customers need a few weeks of space around a project timeline or a seasonal order. Others need an ongoing arrangement for inventory that turns over regularly. We scale to either without locking you into a term that doesn’t fit your business.

Sorting, Palletizing, and Staging

Inbound freight can be sorted by SKU, project or destination and palletized for outbound shipping, which matters if you’re distributing to more than one site or client from a single inbound order. When you’re ready to move product, we pull it from storage and stage it for pickup or delivery through our own crews, so you’re not waiting on a third party to locate your own inventory.

Protecting Sensitive or High-Value Freight

Electronics, retail inventory and other high-value shipments get the same care we bring to fragile items on a residential or commercial moving job. Items are wrapped, labeled and stored with the right orientation, and anything needing special handling is flagged at check-in rather than discovered later.
