Yes. We move into independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. Before the day we collect the community’s move-in window, elevator reservation and insurance paperwork, then place furniture to match the apartment layout so the resident walks into a finished room.
Items headed to a relative or a storage unit ride on our truck as a separate stop. Pieces being donated or sold are boxed and set aside for the family or a charity to collect, and nothing is discarded without the family’s approval.
